All the sudden i start getting failure on my headunit everytime i turn it on. I disconnected and taped all my speaker wires so they cant touch anything. This started happening when i wired them all up, got the failure reading, Then i unwired them all and isolated them. Donno what it could be, Maybe the fact that all my wires are disconnected other than the power, ground, remote.

is there a reset button on the face/unit anywhere? I know that with a lot of kenwood models, if you get an error code usually it will not go away until the unit is reset, even if the problem is fixed.

worth a shot.

I don't believe there is one. Also I get a high frequency whine out of only my front passenger speaker. It's so annoying WTF could it be. It isn't alternator noise bc it doesn't get louder as I accelerate
