What deck is it?

Some decks have a feature that lets you turn off the internal amp.

Youre gonna need to be a bit more specific than just a brand name, and a vague description of the background.

What model number Pioneer is it?

What do you mean by no output? No sound from speakers that are connected to the deck, or no signal to the amps?

Those are know to have output problems on the RCA's if you have no output to your amp.

The common problem with pioneers rca's isnt lack of sound, but constant system noise through the rcas.

usually occurs when the rca's are plugged in or unplugged while the deck is on.

it might be the rca's make sure they are plugged in correctly and in all the way..if that doesn't work go buy so more rca's....ur not using household rca's are ya??

In the same menus as where your clock setting is found, do you have an option to turn off the internal amp?
