Ok, for $60, here's a few recommendations:
Sennheiser HD-212 Pro - provide good isolation, are almost circumaurual (almost go over your ears), good presence, perhaps a little laid back on the top end (which is pretty typical of a sealed can at this price point), not bad aesthetically either, uses equal length Y cords
Beyerdynamic DT231 - pretty bland appearance, but very good sound topping a lot of higher priced cans, very comfortable as well though it also is not quite circumaural, good top end detail all things considered, has a single left-hand straight cord which is important to me (hate split Y cords)
Grado SR60 - one of the better sounding cans under $100 for a long time and you'll hear lots of recommendations for it because of that, but there's been a lot of challengers lately, uses an open cup that rests on the ear (and is quite uncomfortable during long listening sessions), very nice midrange and bass performance, top end is a little too bright, I like them but wouldn't recommend unless you find yourself some Sennheiser HD414 pads to replace the stock ones on the SR60, equal length Y cord
AKG 81DJ - I like these; very pleasing to the eyes and ear, good bass (both in terms of impact and cleanliness), a little bit of a deeper sound than say the SR60's, have a relatively small cup and are supra-aural (rest right on the ears) but are very comfortable, headband is a little hard though and you might find that uncomfortable during long listening sessions, equal length Y cord; very good balance between appearance, performance, and price
There are some audio-technica sets you might be interested in as well, but it's hard to beat these 4 above. It's a tough call and ultimately comes down to what you think based on the descriptions I gave above.
If you have troubles finding places to buy them (which you shouldn't), I can send you in the right direction.
