Yes you need to to the Big 3 in 1/0 then maybe add a second batt

we need more info on your car and your system to really help you.

It means your cars electrical system can't handle the stereo.

If your system is big enough you might need an alt upgrade and multiple batteries... but I doubt it.

ok got 96 dodge intrepid had changed battery once ...havent changed the alt ,, got a jl w7 and jx 1000/1 goin to the sub

Found your problem, bad battery, low amp alt, and 1k rms

You'll need to do the big 3 and get another nice battery for sure, and they still will likely flicker just not as bad
