headlights dont work

how do i fix that anj46907?

Would you guys get off the poor dudes nuts? Seriously, Jesus.

Easiest way is to take it somewhere and have them test it, shouldnt cost anything just to test the control/switch for you.

I have a 2001 2 door blazer......I had the same problem not too long ago.

Where is your power cable located?

When I had the problem, mine was actually hooked to the fuse box and ran to my amp.....but at the same time, I got a new battery and moved my wire to the pos. side of the battery. So i'm not sure which one fixed the problem.

it gos from the pos side of the bat then up alot the far side of the engine bay then down through that main grommet, its not touching the fuse box

Hmm...how many watts are you pushing through? Cause like I said, I also upgraded the battery and the problem went away.

No headlight function. Turning the headlights on there is power available to the fuses in the Under hood Electrical Center (UHEC). No power at any of the headlights.

Tests/Procedures: 1. Turn the headlights on, verify power is available at the LTHDLP and RTHDLP fuses. (Key off)

2. Check the LtGreen connector at the UHEC, pin B1 a Yellow/Black wire, pin B2 a double DkBlue wire and pin A2 a DkGreen/White wire for voltage on all of them.

3. If no voltage is present verify tight and clean terminal connections.

4. If OK replace the UHEC.

No low beam headlight operation, no Daytime Running Lights (DRL) operation. Vehicle owner replaced the headlight switch and the multi-function switch on the column. Tested all fuses. Have power at headlights, no ground. Can ground light at headlight and lights do work. Tested at headlamp ground relay. Has ground at Black wire. Light Green/Black wire is not grounded. High beam lights are on normal operation. Ground the Light Green/Black wire, the high beam lights decrease to half brightness.

Tests/Procedures: 1. Test Yellow wire from ground relay at body relay block terminal A11 to C211 48 cavity connector below steering column terminal E13.

Tech Tips: Body relay block is located behind left side of dash, right of the Instrument Panel fuse block. BROKEN WIRE ON CURCUIT 525 INSTALLED NEW WIRE FROM MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH TO HEADLIGHT.

Two tests try them out. Also when check the fuses remove then and test each side for voltage. Well the side that is supposed to get voltage. ALso Try swapping fuses some times they can test okay but still dont supply voltage.

alright its the switch and im buying a new one today. 99% sure that will fix the problem

how is your switch setup? is it on a stick from the side of the wheel or on the dash near your door? if its on the stick see if your brights work by pulling it back..
