Its not quite finished but I had to stop here until I could go pick some ramps up from a friend, the rest will be finished tomorrow rain or shine and I will have an alarm installed in it (again lol)

well it is the original 78 motor but its only got 128k miles

yeah that motor is worn out brother. Sounds alright tho, straight pipes is gonna wear it out quicker.

130K over 30 years can be just as harsh as 200K over 5 years if not worse.

Seriously? Dude clean the engine up first and then do what you want otherwise you'll just blow it up later. Skippin straight ahead to the cool stuff won't work out well though it can be tempting.

I'm not skipping to anything, I'm using this as my daily driver. The swap is only a plan for the future, since I know I'm going to need a overhaul at least I'm saving my money so I'm ready to go when it needs to be done.
