i didnt read the other 93 pages after the 3rd but this mail fraud, so he has commited a felony, Call the police department closest to him and file a report for mail fraud or pay someone to do it. Its $800, i would find a way to get there.

IT makes since that someone would do it like this, not some no name. They get there rep up and dont rip off on some small ass little deal. ITs a shame what people will do to scam.
