Head unit swap...

I'm a newbie to this - I was wondering how I remove my old Eclipse unit from my 1998 Honda Civic. I followed the instructions here: http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs/Honda/PDF/466013.pdf

But I am stuck on step ten, because this is not the factory radio...

I had the aftermarket unit professionally installed, and I don't know how to actually remove the unit. It is not attached to the car from the rear of the radio, from what I can tell. Is there some kind of tool I need to extract the head unit?

Any help would be appreciated (including links where this has been discussed before). Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I accidentally figured that out by pushing on it from behind with a screwdriver. I didn't realize it was being held in place so lightly. Now hopefully I can install a new head unit without any problems...
