Head Unit Repair?!?!?!?!?

My kenwood ddx812 will no longer eject cds.... It will tilt fully.... But no eject, I dont use the actual cd player that often but would like to work... Have you tried resetting it? I had a HU with a similar problem, and resetting it fixed it.
