Head unit is sending dirty signal

I have a volsmart head unit and it outputs scratchy signal when i play it through my speakers. I figured it out by plugging an aux straight through the amp and the sound is so much clearer. Any solutions that can be done without replacing the stereo deck? or it has to do with the wiring rather than the deck.

The amplifier in many headunits arent good if its a cheaper non traditional headunit.

If you are able to power your speakers thru an external amp then you shouod be fine.
