Head Unit and Speakers Question

I bought 2 12" concept subs and a 1200 watt concept amp. Got it for about 180.

What head unit should I get? I was thinking about the Pioneer dehp3100ub cuz I liked the look of it. Anything better for around the same price?

Also, what speakers should I get for the front doors and the back?

They'll be going in a '98 Buick Century btw, 4 speakers.

Under 170$ for the head unit under 150$ for the 6x9s.

Im now thinking about the Kenwood KDC-MP438U or the Kenwood Excelon KDC-X493 for the head unit. Still clueless on speakers though.

Could u suggest a model for my price range?

And is that a no to the kenwood HUs i posted?

Also, about the concept 6x9s i was thinking of going that route but i was wondering if i could get better bang for my buck by getting a diff name brand or something.
