head unit advice?

i was wondering what kind of head units you would suggest in the 150-200 price range

(...if its something thats sold @ best buy then my price range would go up to around the 300-400 range...).

i'd like to have better sound quality vs. higher wattage...since ill prolly be running it to an amp anyway...mp3 compatibilty and some kind of built in equalizer would be great. and brand name doesnt really matter, just quality..

The Eclipse 3403 lists for $209. It is slightly more than your budget, but it will be a very ncie sounding deck, have mp3, and a 3 year warranty if dealer installed(or have the dealer sign off on the install).
