Head unit Active X-overs

For head units with active X-overs Shouldn't they have RCA Pre-outs for each driver size? Most of the Head units and some of the Active over's I've seen have an output for sub/front/rear. I assume these are 2 position X-overs...however more advanced processors (like the H701) have outputs for sub/front/rear/center

Shouldn't 3(or more) way active Xovers have seperate outputs for high/mid/sub for each channel?

yea a hu with a 3 way crossover will usually have a switch where you can switch between the rc'a being f/r/s or high/mid/low.
