have a question for fellow compustar owners

i've got a c2w900fm alarm, but when i replaced the batteries it put itself into the mode where it automatically sets after a minute or something. which sucks because i can't find my instructions and i can't turn it off.

could someone please check their instructions or might happen to know which buttons i push on my remote to turn this off?

is that passive mode?

On my alarm system i just press the lock button many times switch a few switches and it restarts, but i dont have the same type of alarm, just hough maybe it may work?
