Hatch problems

Have a problem with my hatch on my jeep. everytime i turn my music up to listen to it the bass does something to the locking mechanism and ill be driving down the road and all of a sudden i see my hatch flying up. What can i do to prevent that and also what could cause it to open when its closed and nothing pressing the button to release the lock on it? any ideas of how to fix it or anything.

lol funny but seriously what could i do to fix it not permently close it i want to be able to open and shut it afterwards.

to the op have you tried adjusting the release mechanism?

i thought about that but it still needs to be fixed. if the striker or the locking mech. was off why would it stay closed and all and i can pull and push on it and wont open for anything but the second i turn my music up it pops open not all the time but half the time?
