I recently bought this set from wheelieking71 from DIYmobibleaudio. Just received them this morning.
The tweeters are brand new.
If you read wheelieking71s for sale thread, he mentioned that the surrounds were separating in some areas. He fixed this by sandwiching a metal ring between the screw and the surround to hold it in place. As you can see in the pictures, I received Clarus's zip tied together with the rings in between as not to damage the cones during shipping.
