WOULD A HARRISON LABS AE800.4 AT 4 OHMS BE ABLE TO PUSH 3 12" SPEAKERS AT 900 WATTS RMS. IF NOT WHAT WOULD BE A BETTER AMP.

If indeed the final impedence of the subs is 4 ohms then the AE800.4 would drive them well.

Of course, the type of subs and enclosure need to be taken into consideration for the best answer to your question.
