I dont have the original box, but it will come with the remote, charging base, software, and usb cable.

Hm, I'll mention this to my mom. She's been looking for a new Harmony remote, and this is a sweet deal.

and as far as condition, it is in great condition, no scratches, works perfectly. my only complaint about the remote, which if you have read any online reviews it seems to be the norm, is that sometimes it doesnt like to sit in the charging cradle just right. not a big issue, just gotta make sure it is charging before you leave it. other than that, its an awesome remote, never had any problems with it missing codes, has a strong signal, and its super easy to set up and use.
