I have had this a couple months now and have been using as my bedroom reciever. The Sound Quality on this reciever is second to none. It upscales analog signals to HD via hdmi and is 7.1 capable. It also has the ez/eq microphone for tuning your speakers for you. On screen Display and all kinds of other things. I bought this off amazon about 7 months ago and finally started using it back in Feb. I have never even updated the firmware yet so it will come with factory setting and you can decide to upgrade it or not. It has little over 4 years of warranty left on it and I will be more than happy in helping with that if any troubles ever arrive. 190 plus shipping firm

also will throw in free hdmi cable.
