What branch you in Snoop? I'm hopin to get transfered over to MCAS Iwakuni in the coming months.
Crazy shit man, it would be interesting to see. Didn't at least a few of the people that bombed Japan suffer severe PTSD or even commit *******? I could see why if they did, I mean, you just killed how many people, even if it was for the overall good that is still on your shoulders. If you can get to the rarely seen areas, you can still see where people were, for lack of a better term, vaporized against buildings and the chared outlines still remain. Its creppy as hell but interesting at the same time.
Werd. We have our ups and downs. Marines have been a blast so far except I'm scared of my own aircraft; the MV-22 Osprey //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gifIm an Army Civillian. Has that made it out of testing? I know they were having a lot of problems with it at one point, but I haven't followed it closely.Werd. We have our ups and downs. It means you're just an american citizen working for the Army. You get alot of the benefits of a solider but you answer to a normal boss and get to go home off base. Its like a regular job really, but with alot of goofy added army rules to boot.Just have to ask, what exactly is a military civilian?
Yup yup. It did have its shaky start but any experimental aircraft will. Sad part is it took the lives of 2 dozen marines with it in testing. We havent had much trouble with it besides obvious wear and tear; seals, o-rings, hydraulics...ya know. The usual. Its not a fully deployed aircraft yet, only 1 or 2 squadrons IIRC and neither have seen action. We still rely heavily on the CH53 Sea Stallion, and CH46 Sea Knight for transport ops.Has that made it out of testing? I know they were having a lot of problems with it at one point, but I haven't followed it closely.
Sounds kind of interesting actually. Definitely the only thing military I could do, other than work for a company that does engineering for them, lol.It means you're just an american citizen working for the Army. Yea, I remember hearing about those deaths, definitely tragedies. I know the F117 was somewhat unreliable in testing but it has turned out to be great, so I guess a rough test period doesn't equate into a bad design.Yup yup.
