Happy 4/20...................to some of you

That you cannot purchase a car under the age of 18.
And quite technically, you can't even have a savings account. You must have a guardian hold it for you in a custodial account.
That is not true, If it is local laws you are going by then you are dead wrong... I owned my car before I was 18 and had a savings account. I didn't have 35k though...

Wow, if you guys listened in previous post you would her me say my dad has had his own lot for a long time now. Ever since I was 14yr old I have been attending WHOLESALE DEALER ONLY AUCTIONS, where they sell cars to dealers, then they flip it around and sell them to stupid customers.

I got the money from the settlement, I was 17 at the time, so my dad took care of all that. Even though it was like a month before my birthday I didn't care if he had the money.

Me and my dad then go to the dealer only auctions and what not, an he bought the first few cars under his name.

the story slowly unfolds

i really wish someone brought some grub to work cause i really don't want to leave. i'm captivated by a retard

i wouldn't be a prophet if i didn't spread the word of god. i feel like you should know that.
sometimes the truth hurts. but its the truth either way.

So lets see.
Eugenics wants a bike- He can't get one..or the one he says he is going to buy is one of premier stock street bikes in the world. He prob. sucks at riding, and knows he would never be up to my level of riding.

He is probably a foul looking human being, and probably doesn't have a girlfriend, and if he does one that is so ugly he had to turn into a homosexual.

Spends all his time on a car audio forum, I have yet to hear of his car audio system.

He sits on the interwebz

I can see why such hate lol
you **** at insults

12k!?
WTF world do you live in where you can get a Ducati 1000cc brand new for the same price as a CBR1000, zx-10, gixxer 1000.

An there you go again saying stupid *** shiit. Show me where just out of fvcking no where I just randomly started flaunting that I own a car dealership!?

I have said blatantly, I own cars on a dealership lot, that is owned by my cousin. Even my dad has had his own lot for years.

At a time I personally owned about 1/3 of the cars sitting on the lot.

How the fvck does that mean I am flaunting that I own a car lot!? wtf?
i have seen you post that you own a car lot as well.

How is anything I stated magical?
I have proved what I need to prove.

only thing you have proved its....ask "***" about my system....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
you didnt prove anything and never will.

How did you have enough money at 17 to begin to buy a car? In TN (the hillbilly state) you must be 18 to own a car. I do not know about California, but I could call a state legislator and ask.
There is not enough time to make that money on your own in 1 year. If you were attending high school and under 18, you can only work a certain amount of hours per week. In TN, that amount is 20.

23,000 / (20*52) = $22.11 per hour AFTER TAXES and no expenses. I don't know of too many high school students that make that rate after taxes.

I proved in a pervious thread that according to the BLS, people in CA don't make signifcantly more than people in TN. The average high school student is lucky to make $8.00/ hr.
he "won" it in a lawsuit, so he never earned it.

how a 17 year can posses a title to an automobile
i'd like to know this answer also.

so assuming you're telling the truth (you aren't), then basically you didn't do any of the work yourself... which is fine, because god knows nobody is going to listen to a 17 yearolds automobile experiences on a car lot.

of course assuming this dealership business (which you previously stated that YOU owned) was so lucrative... why aren't you doing it anymore?

I am going to search the CA state code on purchase of automobile to see if this is true. In most states, a title is considered a contract and thus enforceable to a minor.

You set up the savings account all by yourself? Did your parent's bank their? Rules may have changed, but from my experiences, accounts are held in custodial or UGMA & UTMA accounts until the person reaches 18.
