You can't change feedback. You can mutually withdraw it, but you can't change it from negative to positive. I don't see why anyone thinks eBay should shut them down. Obviously if you are a good buyer you can look through their feedback and decide whether or not you will do business. If things are really as horrible as everyone says, they'll be shut down by their own means. Even if 50 people had reported negative feedback over the past month, that still leave ~97% of the customers either neutral (mostly due to slow shipping) or perfectly happy.

why dont you read the link before you ask questoins that have been addressed in it?

and if you can't understand why this place needs shut down, then you've obviously never been scammed.

First off, I never asked questions regarding material addressed in the article. Secondly, there is a reason I have never been scammed. Like I said, an informed buyer avoids being scammed be using logic and looking for warning signs. Should eBay shut down the company? No. Why? If buyers looked for warning signs, they wouldn't buy from Indoaudio and they would be forced to shut down without assistance.

by your ideals buying should be one big test. ebay is suppose to be a pain free enjoyable shoping experience. its sold as one and thats why ebay should goto lenghts to preserve this perception

They have 98.6% positive feedback. In the past month 21 people out of more than 1350 reported negative feedback. Is that really so horrible?

most people wont file negatives against them because if you look he files retalitory negatives on everyone that leaves him one. Maybe if ebay didnt allow retalitory negatives more people would leave honest feedbacks.

seriously. there are a couple sellers i'd like to leave neg feedback for, but theyre gonna do the same for me even though i did nothing wrong. they should be obligated to leave positive feedback right after you pay, because you did your part of the deal.

Most people never even look at the BBB, or never research hard enough about a company.

I see that 2 people have said they were about to order from them to, so mission accomplished.
