Read the link. Customers are paid to change or leave posotive. I've been screwed. They have 98.6% positive feedback. In the past month 21 people out of more than 1350 reported negative feedback. Is that really so horrible?

Anyways, Indo needs to be shut down IMHO. But, ebay is probably racking up so much income from him that I doubt they'd do anything about it. Not many companies want to turn away one of their most profitable clients, regardless of that client's actions.
That is shady is fuk. That kind of business practice deserves to get shut down. There is a few points I don’t like about how they deal with customers, one is they threaten you with negative feedback if you give it to them even if you pay for the goods promptly and secondly I was curious as to why there rating was 98% for a company that has treated me like this, well after reading a bit thru there feedback I noticed there’s a lot of negative feedback that’s removed (mutual removal) and they offered me $100 to remove the negative feedback, I of course didn’t accept it as I didn’t want someone else to deal with this company. What they fail to mention is that they don’t give you the money and you can’t put the negative feedback up on ebay so they get out of looking bad and sorting out the problem.
