i was wondering that, but i figured they just rotated in and out. like winning team kept playing or something.

We were playing CS 1.6. Way back in the day. I believe it was one map but not everyone was playing consistently. I think we made a 20 game room making it 10 vs 10. Other people would either watch or do something else. A couple people where playing Team Fortress.
