dude i agree with bimma85 on this one as i've seen this happen. you are illegally parked i.e. not in a space lol. if you are illegally parked it'll probably come down to a 50/50 at fault. then again, if his tahoe only has a small scratch on it, talk to him see if he'd rather not take it to insurance just in case it is his fault. you might get out lucky and only have to pay outta pocket, instead of paying outta pocket, getting points on your insurance and having your rate's go up.

what insurance do you use? if you're at fault and your insurance company pays for another auto to be fixed, your rate's go up. if it isn't your fault sometime's you get lucky.

oh man i renember when this one tow truck guy was parking a freinds car a van pases by and hits his mirror you know those big ford truck rear view miror and the ****er doesnt stop luckyly their was two cops behind him and caught up to him like a mile down. but on the ticket the tow truck driver got it said he was at fault cause he was parked illegaly and he told the cop he had the lights on wich he did. and the ****er in the van took off isnt that automatic at fault for hit and run? mofo stupid cops or laws
