h/u turning off...

At high volumes my head unit keeps turning off. Im running a tx1505d which is rated at 1500w at 1 ohm and i have no electrical upgrades right now. Could this be the reason?

turning off than back on? probably a weak batt.

yeah it comes back on right after it goes off... i plan on adding another one in a few weeks to power my 2nd L7... what kind of electrical upgrades would i most likely need?

Just adding a battery? You should do the Big Three using 1/0 guage. Also run 1/0 to the second battery. You should be fine with that..
