like i said i have seen clips of it in the movie Belly.. looks crazy.. but i hurd it's a must see..
i think one movie everyone should see in the age group of 14-26 is. KIDS

Gummo is so much better than kids.

I used to be, well still am, a huge harmony korine fan and to a lesser extent Larry clark.

Korine wrote the screenplay for Kids and it was directed by Clark. Korine wrote and directed Gummo and its one of my favorite movies of all time.

Gummo is sort of like a rural kids.. only way more ****ed up.

Larry Clark has some other movies that are worth checking out... Bully, Another day in paradise, Ken Park, Teenage Caveman.

Kent park is another Korine screenplay directed by Clark. I dont believe it was ever released in the US, but its the only non-**** movie ive seen with a *** shot. And its not even a normal *** shot.. .its an auto erotica asphyxiation *** shot.. Ken Park is sort of like a suburban Kids.

i'm not surprised flip didn't like gummo... it doesn't seem like his type of movie.

The first time i watched it i was 18, just moved from Seattle to a rural *** mountain town, and was high as fuk on LSD. I ended up never returning it to the video store.

I think my favorite Clark film is teenage caveman... but its not for everyone.. its like social commentary mixed with B grade sci-fi and horror. Its an odd duck but i really like it for some reason. Its got a couple of the kids from Ken Park in it.

Another day in paradise is Clark's most commercial movie... its got JAmes woods and Melanie Griffith iirc.. its about an old speed freak couple and a young speed freak couple who hook up.. its cool.

Bully is ok.. its about a real life murder that happened in FL... where a group of 'friends' decide to kill the bully of their group...

Ken park is... well.. just try to find it and watch it.
