trying to find an amp that puts out 400-450 watts @4ohms,for $200-$250 having trouble..I had a pg Xenon 400.1 that put out 425,but I fried it.

if anyone knows where (other than ebay) I can buy another PG that would be great,but barring that....how about some other suggestions?

he he, yah, just found one on Amazon.com for $200 plus shipping....didnt realize that they were still out there.

oooh the Sundown has a remote that comes with it, but what does that remote do? is it a bass control knob or what?

not sure, if it's bass boost, I would not even hook it up.

If it's gain and I already had subwoofer volume controll,

likewise, I would not hook it up.

the maximum setting on the controller is only as high as its turned up on the amp, so no way you can push the amp harder just by using the remote... at least i think thats how it works

mcsoul, which amp are you talking about? the pg or sundown?
