Grounding location

it's more about where the ground is located than how long it is, most serious competitors have grounds run all the way to the front of the vehicle

I have a 96 camry and grounded my amp to the rear deck....now my tailight on my deck flash on and off and makes weird designs don't know if that cuases it but my friend who was driving behind me said its like a basslight lol. Besides that i haven't ahd any problems, although i think i might try to find somewhere better to ground the 1200d...if it ever gets here.

u can pretty much ground it anywhere just make sure its in a secure spot like under a bolt or screw....my jeep actually has a dedicated spot under the seats to ground something like an amp... check for something like that it would be the best if not, ground it anywhere but make sure theres no nearby open wires
