grounding amp

i dont think my amp is making a good ground. my ground wire is as big as my power, but it is posible to take some 12 gauge speaker wire i have laying around and run 1 or 2 runs of that and ground it. would you think it would make it any better

I doubt it. Make sure that your ground is solid and it's getting a connection.

What makes you think its not getting a good ground? Also, what amp and what size wire are you using?

are you going to keep the other as a ground also???make sure where you have it grounded at is sanded down and has bare metal
