Ground wire touching seat?

hey all..

not sure if this goes here or not.. i found a ground spot, but its under the rear seats... if i put the rear seat back on, it might touch the seat... would this be okay? or could my seat melt down and possibly cause a fire? i was thinking of placing electrical tape over it but i dont know.

any help would be great

make a ground right next to your amp...the shorter the wire, the better.

the spot its in right now is close to the amp, i just need to cut the ground to make it shorter.. the amp is realy close to the back seat... would it be okay if my ground wire was touching the seat?

it is a ground wire...it won't hurt anything as long as it doesn't hit a power wire
