Ground loop subwoofer noise HELP!!

ok so i just installed my new 15" kicker L7 D4, in 5.3 cubes and powered by a memphis power reference 1000.1 tuned to 34 htz. and i installed it and everyhting was working great and in the past i have had a ground loop somewhere. for example when i turn a cd on you can hear it running through my subs and when i push my window up and down switch it makes a thump. And when i was driving i turned it up and all of a sudden it just went constant bass from a normal song causing me to slam on th break and unplug the rca`s cuase the sound knob wasnt turning the bass down. any ideas / fixes for this problem?

also noticed its much worse when the car is running my guess is either one of the grounds or the remote wire
