Hello fellow audiophiles. I have been out of audio, home and auto, for a long time. I am looking to learn and contribute.

Currently I am looking to build a ported box for an L7 15". I listen to Dubstep mostly. I have a strong mechanical aptitude.

My current setup in my Altima is:

Pioneer 720BT head unit

OEM highs

Planet Audio 6.5

Two 10" JBL CS 1014

No Amp.

I am going with the Skar RP1500.1D

Single Kicker L7 15" Ported enclosure, 4.5 cu.ft. 35Hz (looking for the plans)

I have not decided on the highs. I am thinking of the door mounted.

Any comments and suggestions are welcome.

if u don't have the kicker yet u should go look at sundown audio sa and car audio bargain.com,, i came back few months ago and lots of new stuff out there now, ssa.com emf.com, fu audio.com and lots of old stuff that ain't what it used to be.. if your hu is old check out my hu (in my sig)
