Its a Brinkman Smoke and Grill, we got it at Wal Mart, perfect for a patio
I smoked all the same length. They say an hour a pound, but I usually cook it at a lower temp longer, this was about 6.5 hours.
It was awesome, you can cut the pork loin with a fork
