Alright guys, I currently have a shop oregon.. I will be moving it the to the portland area, I have found a shop in North Plains which is out of portland about 10 miles right off HWY26.. I will be carrying alot of the products you want. US amps, RE, Kenwwod, Clarion.. Im tryin to get Hifonics as we speak.. this is just a sample line card of what i currently have on board... My question for you portland area guys is this.. In stead of buying off the internet do you think there will be demand enough to make the small drive to North Plains?? Im an authorized dealer right now with RE/US so there will be no BS warranty issues or unathorized sales.. Let me know what you guys think..
The reason im lookin at this shop is its brand new and very cheap and doesnt seem all that far out. I know I wont get a ton of foot traffic due to this but thats ok, Im kinda catring to a different crowd who knows what they want.. I'll also have performance products for imports and trucks.. I know its not the greatest location, thats why im askin... i have found shops in the beaverton area but they want in excess of 4grand a month with a 4-6 year lease... yeah.. umm no..
thanks in advance for any input and ill update this thread accordingly..
MJW..
FYI, the only reason Im moving my shop is there is some rezoning going on and my lot will soon be a Del Taco/starbucks...
