Would you choose 1 gig of memory or 2 gig for a computer...

Hyper Threaded 2.7 ghz

Uses Photoshop CS2

and illustrator and many other software at the same time...IE, Word, Outlook, Adobe Reader, internet explorer..

which memory would you pick?

Those programs are not intensive enough to warrant 2 gig, things like CAD etc sometimes are. More ram isnt always good, for gaming, 1 gig is the best right now, adding another gig often slows down performance...
