Hello kids, and welcome to your daily installment of:
Ghetto of the Day
Today's ghetto is:
"THEY DON'T STOPPAZ BE THROWED"
At first glance, we can make almost no distinction as to what this sentence(?) might be saying. However, let's substitute some english equivalences and see what we get.
THROWED = "held down" as in "holding the situation in check"
So now we have "THEY DON'T STOPPAZ BE holding the situation in check." Unfortunately, this still doesn't make much sense... so let's add in some more english.
DON'T STOPPAZ = "spinner." Specifically, "Sprewell's" as modelled after the spinners used by the popular basketball star "Latrell Sprewell."
Decoding this further, we have "THEY Sprewell spinners BE holding the situation in check"
Using a little bit of previous ghetto knowledge of missinterpreting adverbs and verbs, we can finally finish the sentence to say:
"Those Sprewell spinners are holding the situation in check!"
I hope you all have enjoyed your installment of GotD and will use your newfound knowledge to meet and experience new people in the ghetto culture!

These Rims which continue their motion independent of that of the vehicle to which they are attached are indeed holding it down
