so i got my deul 10" kicker compvr 2ohm subs!

with a kicker zx750.1 amp!

sounds pretty good!!!

BUT.........

how do i set up the gain.. and most important.. frequency???

can anyone tell me?

on the dial it says 50-200

can someone tell me where i should set it too?

use a dmm for the gain.

set your frequency around 80hz, and the ssf depends on ur box

your gona have to kinda guess but im sure u will get it right. oh yea u have ported box?If so u wana set the subsonic about 10 Hz less then what the box is tune 2. im not sure how that amp is set up.

the kicker amp your using should have arrows on it(around the dial). each arrow represents an increment of 25... set the crossover to just a little above the first arrow... as far as amp tuning (gains) do a search...

set the frequency to 80hz, yes

to set the gain properly, run down to a local radio shack and grab a digital multimeter. They sell em for like $15. Use that, along with a gain setting tutorial (somewhere on this forum, do a search) to set your gains properly.
