My buell has a bigger motor //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gifWell i do not like the fact that it says 883 on the tank. Maybe i will just change to sticker, to a 1200 one. I also bought drag bars and will be making that change in the near future.
I've got drag bars on my current bike, had them on past bikes as well and they are super comfy aslong as you get enough pull back on them. I've gone 400 miles with em in a day and while my butt was tired my upper body was fine.drag bars look mean... just uncomfy for long hauls.
ah, i figure with forward controls and drag bars the riding posture just looks uncomfy for anything other than a track sprint. maybe i'm confusing drag bars with cafe style clip on bars?I've got drag bars on my current bike, had them on past bikes as well and they are super comfy aslong as you get enough pull back on them. drag bars like broomsticks would be uncomfortable for sure, basically no pullback, just a straight bar. They look awesome though.ah, i figure with forward controls and drag bars the riding posture just looks uncomfy for anything other than a track sprint. maybe i'm confusing drag bars with cafe style clip on bars?
It was bought for me, and i feel fortunate just to own a motorcycle.sportster lol...hd in general lol
I only drive around the neighborhood no more then 30~ miles a day. The bike has the HD 1200 kit on it, thus my motor > your buell motor.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gifMy buell has a bigger motor //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
The drag bars will be a great upgrade in looks. Don't do the 1200 sticker on an 883 though. I say strip any stickers at all and just leave the tank clean //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
its a 1200 though...........I may just remove all the stickers and keep it plain and simple.
