Got some Hertz tweeters, any good?

I saw a pair of Hertz tweeters in my local pawn shop today for $25. I thought it was too good a deal to pass up so I grabbed them. But now I am kinda stuck because i am not sure what to do with them. The tweeters them selves look brand new. They are Hertz HT25, the little plastics ends are still on the wires, and they say 4 ohms on the back.

But my current component set is Alpine type-S(I hate them with a passion), which doesn't come with a regular crossover, so its not like i can just hook them up and go. I know I can run active, but that means getting both another amp and a new head unit as my current (Pioneer DEH-7200HD) doesn't run active.

So basically what should I do? Do I just have to pony up and run active? Or is there any way I can get a decent mid-bass and crossover and save myself some dollars?

Buy an external crossover and a 4 channel amp, or splice the tweeters in past the in-line crossovers on the alpines, or buy a 2-way crossover for 4 ohm mids and 4 ohm tweets. The tweets you bought are probably fake, fyi. Take a pic.

The tweeters don't look fake. They are heavy and well built. Also I looked at another on here post of the same tweeters for sale and the came with all the same mounting hardware as that listing.

just making sure....I bought a set of fake Hertz components off ebay. If you didn't know how to tell them apart, you couldn't. Comes with everything the real ones do..packing,manual,mounting ****
