Yeah I deadened the car after i got home and took like an hour nap. Nah, didn't get a cell #. I'll just call in the morning, Still got some pain killers left.

Yup. I had one abcess (sp?) and it hurt for almost 2 weeks afterwards. Everybody takes dental work differently.

i got all 4 of mine pulled and it didnt hurt at all....i didnt even take any 'pills' to soothe the pain...because there was none, meh.

Both your replies are related because those pills they gave you aren't painkillers, but it's an antibiotic called, "amoxicillin." You can develop an infection if you don't take the antibiotics so it's best if you do what the doc says.

They do that if your teeth or very stubborn or impacted (either horizontal or @ a 45 degree angle towards the adjacent molars) and it's usually done to the lower molars because they have two roots, as opposed to the upper wisdoms which only have a single root.

army yoinked mine back in 2004, i was 31 at the time. had some good aenesthesia (sp?)--they pulled all four in the morning, buddy drove me back to my barracks, i slept all day, bled a little and had a latenite whopper meal. then got up again the next morning for profile PT.
