Got my wisdom teeth out this morning.

im scurred to get mine out.theyre chillin in there now , not causing any problems , so ill let them do thier thing till i get problems. last time i went to a dentist , he said they were impacted and id have to get them out asap. that was ... a while ago.
that's not a good idea, don't worry about it.

i had 2 bottoms, impacted.

mine got taken out a while ago, my big problem i remember was that i because nauseous once i got home. the mix of annesisia and the pain pills made me throw up, out came the stitches so it was kinda bloody and it hurt because i couldn't keep the pain pills down. i don't get it because i can take any medication and have no issues. it was weird...

overall the experience of getting them out is no issue, you'll be out of commission for a couple days, but it's good to get it done with.

my roommate this year didn't get his out and they started to grow in and he said it hurt then. sqhertz, i'd def get it scanned and if they can get taken out, get them out. that's just my 2 cents //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Mine came out pretty easily. The high was pretty fun. I neglected to put ice on my jaw when I got home before the 8 hour nap. I spat solid blood for 3 days, and woke up with multiple stomach aches from swallowing blood.

Lesson learned. Gauze and ice.

yeah i'd say get them out if you need to. it really wasnt a big deal. 20 minute procedure + seven hours of sleep. after that i was able to have some soup and relax. got me a copy of Battlefield Bad Company and just hung out lol. Had one dose of vicodin and i havent felt pain since.

Got my wisdom teeth out this morning at 9 central time. Surprisingly it only took about 20 minutes. i dont remember this, but my dad told me when he came in to the recovery room, i asked him "is this shit done?" lol i guess i was still halfway asleep. i found it quite humorous.
so far i've made a pool of blood in my bed and slept for seven hours.

Now my face is starting to swell around the jaw so i look like John McCain haha.

Anyone else have any good/bad experiences getting teeth removed?
i had mine out a few months back it was fun (not) my face was swollen for like 4 weeks

wow weird i found this thread... i have to have all 4 wisdom teeth out tomarrow morning at 8:45am //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif already picked up my pills and all that today.

So is it as bad as getting your tonsills out? cause i already had that done before

its not really that bad unless you get dry sockets then it hurts like a mother ****er!! But make sure you rinse the holes and do the salt water thing. And dont smoke * to avoid dry sockets*

Thanks for the tips, i dont smoke so that shouldnt be a problem. I'll be sure to rinse and do the salt water thing, my gf had hers out way back and got dry socket and said it was absolutly terrible

i had mine out a few months ago and it went very well. i had no issues and was driving around the next day pissed at my sister because she wouldnt let me take my vicodin.
****, well i hope i have it as easy as you did... plus im takin the vike's so hopefully that will help too. Just picked up my perscription for 20 of um today

i think thats how many i was given too. It wont be that bad. you wont feel a thing(at least i didnt) hell i dont even remember the ride to the doctors office but apparently i was taking pictures of myself and sending them to people on the way home from there though.
