Yeah, i had 48 hours to send in form... which i did.. if my company didn't fill it out.. i dunno whats up.. i just got the bill im not gonna pay it.. company was suppose to take care of it. i just didnt know a few xrays cost that much

Just got my ER bill in the mail i fell 14 ft and went to the ER to get a few Xrays.. which only took minutes.. im now billed 2,000 dollars... WTF lol

Got an ER bill around 5,000 from laying my bike over. Cleaned up road rash and decided a Catscan and abunch of other bullshit was in order.
