yea it worked for me as well, I wish I had some pics of my gf's dads old s10 late 80's tubed 400sb 3spd slapp nos. Thing wouldnt come down had micky's 50 slicks on back. Was light and fast. Keep the front about 4.6 ft off the ground and not drop through shifting.
