this doesnt really sound like a "virus" but incase it is an executable, its probably being loaded on startup
So, go to Start
Then type "msconfig"
hit the startup tab. Look for any weird executable files. If u see any weird executable files, search in google to see what they are just to make sure they arent vital to the system or sometimes it will actually tell u that its spyware.virus, etc. If u find an exe thats infected, just uncheck it and hit ok. Also, open up task manager with ctrl alt delete and find the bad file and ends its task, this will stop it from working. Hope this helps.
