Got a chance to trade for some FI SSD 10's. Are these good subs?

I have 2 DD 9015's for sale and have been offered a trade for 2 FI SSD 10's. Are they good subs? Do they compare to Sundown sa's? Are they better?

I was going to build my system with 4 sa 8's but I might just go with these FI SSD 10's if they are legit.
