nuts and bolts, ****...its just plastic:laugh:
Ill prob just put the flange lip on the inside and use same foam tape too
very true..I may try that with some washers so the plastic hold up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifi put flange on inside as well but if you screw it after a couple of changes the wood will be fraged
and i'm only talking 1/4" bolts not very big
hmmm not sure how it would like it off the powerTry tuning the AQ to 30 hz. It's worth it. I was really surprised.

Well turn the gain down some then. I have about 1500-1600w going to my hdc310a in a 1.5 cubic foot box tuned to 30hz and it plays a nice 29 hz test tone. Can't go lower than that with a test tone on full power.hmmm not sure how it would like it off the power
with my hdc3s I tuned to 35 and they liked it, just hope the hd3 suspension is better:crap:
very nice to know....basic boxes for now...should be startin tonightFor external aero's you should put the flange on the inside of the box, will make a smooth transition.
and most 6th orders made for SPL have shitty power handling out side of a specific bandwidth because the sub will unload. And that dude with the 6th order for the AQ 15" didnt even break a 140 iirc, so I wouldnt be idolizing that build.
