have you tryed to get something local. most likely you will not get a deal here as a package within that price range most of us. our amps alone are that or more of your budget

ive got an Audioque 1200d (1200rms @ 1ohm) for 150 shipped. yes its half your budget but well worth it. never got hot while i had it. if you could up your budget some more i would bundle my DD2512D2 i have for sale and my amp. then you just have to build a box. DD has plans that ive used and can vouch for. very on point.

I live in the DC metro area and **** near all the shops here operate using prefabs. They say they don't make enough money building boxes so they have given up that practice all together. The closest place that builds a box to my knowledge is 30 freaking miles away and they charge an arm and a leg even for just a simple carpeted enclosure.

2 12" Kicker CVR and Hifonics Amp (price drop)*loud* *powerful* (two Kicker CVR 12s, Hifonics ZXi1308; in the ad he's asking for $400 and the price number says 375 -- I'm guessing he's lowered it. Maybe talk him down a bit or up your budget?)

15" RE SR SUB AND BOX (Super cheap sub/box; leaves you $200+ for amp)

JL Audio 12'' subs w/ amp-box (two JL 12s; no idea on model; Kicker amp)

12" JL Audio W6 V2 w/ custom box (JL W6 12; you could try to talk him down and get a cheap amp

do you like to, do it yourself?

get your box specs from the manufacturer website, go to home depot, get 3/4 mdf, have them cut it to your specs, and put it together. wood glue and a nail gun. most ppl will tell you to use screws but ive never had an issue with any of my boxes, and i used a nail gun on all of them. i put mine together in an hour or so with. I never carpeted mine bc i never saw it, it sat in the trunk. spray paint it if you want to but it wont change how the sound is
