First, get the idea of 160db out of your head.

try: DD 9500, shocker sigs, BTL, RE MT, Treo CSX or SSX, Atomic. Just to name a few. Now search.

You can get a 9515 for around $350-$450 used. And if you are looking for SPL, go with A Treo SSX or CSX instead of the SSi.

And as Knokin said check out Audioque also. Particularly the HD3's and or HDc3. And the new IA Death penaltys.
