Good Sounding Muffler..

Well, im looking to get a good sounding muffler for my 91 honda accord LX.. something that gives it that nice racing sound to your car... and please no flames... but where should i go.. what kind of shops do them?
Umm....muffler shops, maybe?

Midas, Meineke, things such as that or whatever you have in your local area.

Specialty exhaust shops should have them.

If you're looking for that ricer fart can sound then Auto Zone or Pep Boys has those....

Just have a look around! With the sport compact craze that took the nation by storm since those awful movies aftermarket mufflers shouldn't be too difficult to source out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

anyways Blake (alpineinstaller) is getting a full DC Sports Exhaust from Income tax, Car already sounds good with just an AEM cold air intake, cant wait to hear it with the full exhaust. Me myself I have always been a flowmaster fan...Everyone of the trucks I have driven have had one.

Im guessing thats what you have...
Yup - the smaller of the two available motors for the Prizms and Corollas from '93-'97 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gifI ordered a set of headers that were supposed to fit from Nopi once but they didn't. The manifold gasket didn't even match the front side of the headers! They swore up and down that they shipped the right product so I told 'em if they could make 'em fit my motor then I'd pay 3x the list price for 'em.

Needless to say they gave me an RMA # and back they went.

I'm still pondering on what to do with income tax $$$....

Well i want a good sport sounding muffler... or mayb its a rice burner sound.. im not really sure... but you mention how u could get them at Auto zone or Pep boys.. thats just the muffler isnt it.. they have to change out the whole Exhaust don't they? and what the most common price for a Exhaust change?

I have a magna flow cat back for a honda civic and i love it, it sounds deep and sporty not to loud and its not ricey. I have had a couple diferent name brand mufflers and the magna flow is the best i have had for the money. thats my 2 cents
